1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Flagship StorePulse ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

StorePulse is a subscription-based POS analytics and administration dashboard that connects to your existing uniCenta POS database. The Service is provided by Flagship Business.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

StorePulse is billed at $15 USD per month per business account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

4. Account Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in abuse of the Service.

5. Data and Privacy

We do not access your POS database. The desktop application connects directly from your machine to your local or remote database. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect.

6. Limitation of Liability

StorePulse is provided "as is." Flagship Business is not liable for data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify account holders of material changes by email.
